Refund Policy

We want you to love your RES|SCU glass. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@resscu.com. We'll send you the return address once your return is accepted. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return. Once we receive confirmation that the package is on its way back to us, we'll send your preferred item using standard shipping.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
