Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, seven days a week — including weekends and holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is always free. Expedited shipping is available at checkout and calculated based on your location and selected delivery timeframe.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping — 3 to 5 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 1 to 2 business days
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away, no questions asked.
Lost Packages
If your package goes missing, contact us and we'll make it right — either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
